The North Perth Family Health Team is delighted to have the Crossing Bridges program in Listowel.

 Located at YFC/Youth Unlimited North Perth, youth centre, 280 Wallace Avenue South, Listowel.  

The program runs from 12pm-4pm, Monday-Friday. 

What is Crossing Bridges?

Crossing Bridges is a drop in center for at risk youth, ages 16-24 years.  Crossing Bridges provides a safe, substance free environment where youth can:

• Receive support and education for mental health and/or substance use concerns
• Receive information about support services available in the community and help contacting those services if required
• Free food available during program hours
• Non-judgmental, accepting environment, opportunity to talk informally with youth outreach workers
• Shelter, a warm, safe place to come and become involved in substance free, healthy activities
• Access to group support and confidential one-to-one support with youth outreach workers on site
• Access computers and assistance with housing and job searches
• Assistance with life skills, and working towards personal goals
